Who you are contracting with

Monaqasat.online provides tender intelligence for Qatar public procurement. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Ministry of Finance or the official Monaqasat procurement portal. Contact: salem@monaqasat.online.

What the service is

We turn published procurement information into searchable records, benchmarks and alerts. Paid plans add depth: award-level detail, competitor comparison and forward-looking alerts.

What it is not — please read this one

Nothing here is bidding, legal, tax or investment advice. Benchmarks, ICV comparisons and price analyses are informational. In particular, any figure describing the effect of an ICV score on a bid evaluation is an arithmetic illustration based on published evaluation rules; the weighting actually applied is set by each tender's own documents and may differ. Always price a bid against the tender documentation, not against this service.

We are not responsible for a bid you win, lose or do not submit. Decisions you take using this information remain yours.

Accuracy and sources

We work from official published sources and we note how a figure was derived so you can judge it. We do not guarantee that records are complete or current, and source data is sometimes corrected after publication. If you find an error, tell us and we will check it against the source.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and do not share a single account across a team beyond the seats your plan allows. You may not scrape, resell or redistribute the data we provide, or use it to build a competing dataset. You may of course use it freely inside your own organisation for your own bidding.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed at the rate agreed when you subscribe. Founding rates, where offered, are held for the period stated at the time of sale. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. We do not issue partial refunds for time already served.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access, and features may change as the product develops. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell subscribers by email.
